Join Fern Hill Project for a Community Dinner exploring Women in Cheese and Wine at LMNOP!
Women have been at the forefront of some of the most exciting innovations in the artisan cheese world, both in the US and beyond. Jessica Galen, Owner of Bloomy Cheese will guide us through a tasting of a selection of domestic and imported cheeses made by women, discuss the history of women in cheese (hello, witchcraft!), and enjoy some unexpected flavors and surprises along the way.
We will also be joined by Natalie Gehrels, owner of Folkways Wine who will a curate a selection of wine from women owned wineries to go with our meal. Fresh salads, additional bites, (and bread of course!) will be provided by LMNOP.
Participants will be limited to 20 guests. Ticket price is $125 and will cover the cost of the event, any additional proceeds will benefit the New York Abortion Access Fund.
