Agathe Assouline-Lichten, Founder + CEO of Red Velvet NYC will walk us through how to make truffles in her production and packing facility in Mt. Kisco. Agathe recently relocated her production operations from Brooklyn to Mt. Kisco to be closer to home in Katonah. She’s excited to open her facility with members of Fern Hill, we’ll get a peak inside Red Velvet while learning a few tips on mastering the art of truffle making.
Tickets $25 and include wine, non alcoholic beverages + bites from Graze New York.
Note the facility is in the big commercial park one over from Grand Prix.
